All computers purchased from out store will carry a three (3) year warranty on all parts as long as there is no physical damage to the parts nor been tampered with, changed or has any signs of physical damage whatsoever. Opening your computer case will void all warranties. If we are that confident to offer a 3yr warranty free of charge then you "the customer" should be confident enough to buy from us and try us out. We will NOT let you down. Laptop warranties are 1 year with no physical damage. Q. Can you upgrade my current computer to save me
some money? A. Yes and No. Depending on how old your current machine is. If your computer is within 5 years old we should be able to upgrade the critical parts inside the computer to get you top notch speed and power while saving you money at the same time. If your computer is not upgradeable or is too old, it’s best to just buy a whole new computer tower from us. Please call or email us and we can find out which option is best for you. Q. Do you do any business contracts or take care of business's in any way? A. Yes, we are here to put businesses as our main priority. We have a very large customer base and VERY many happy customers that keep the great word out for our company. The only place XS COMPUTERS will go is up. We are not planning on closing our store and we do not see that happening in the future. Can you build me any type / speed / or custom computer that I want? Or do you only sell certain packages that I must choose from like other companies? A. We will build you the EXACT computer you are looking for. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as possible, and that includes budget, performance, and what you’re going to use it for. It all depends on your budget and needs. Q. What is your in store hourly labor charge? A. $30.00 / Hour which is the cheapest in the industry and we stand behind all our work. We dare you to find that rate anywhere else. 90% of our repair jobs are between $30 & $90 dollars. We do everything possible to keep it in that range while ALWAYS providing a cost estimate up front. Labor rates never exceed $100.00 at a time. Q. I have a question that you have not
